Machine Readable Seafarer Identity Document (SID) Issue

All the seafarers are requested to submit their application to Department of Shipping, 141-143, Motijheel C/A (8th Floor), Dhaka-1000.
Fees for SID are as follows:
(1) Cadet/Officer - Tk. 700/-
(2) Ratings - Tk. 500/-
A Sample application form is attached herewith for you to submit the application accordingly.

Md. Moinuddin Zulfiquer for the emergency contact during this Eid Session in order to Safe, Sound and Secured Transportation of the passenger ships of the inland waterways.
