No 2nd Time Penalization
Tue, 02/12/2008 - 15:33 — shahadatsn2126In accordance with the Inter-Ministerial Meeting's decision (dated 20/09/2008) "No Launch (Inland Vessel) can be penalized 2nd time on the same trip if it shows its 1st time penalty receipt".
